Repair FAQ

How long does a screen replacement take?
If your panel is in stock (most common models are), we can often do it same day. Otherwise it's typically next business day once the part arrives.
My laptop won't charge — is it the jack or the board?
Usually the jack or port, which we repair from $99. Our $49 diagnostic finds the real cause — and it's waived if you go ahead with the repair.
Another shop said I need a new motherboard. Do I?
Often not. Many "new motherboard" quotes are really a $99–$129 jack or port repair. We do board-level micro-soldering in-house, so we fix boards other shops replace.
Is my data safe during the repair?
Yes — screen, jack and hinge repairs don't touch your storage. Your files stay exactly where they are, and no password is required for most repairs.
What does the 90-day warranty cover?
The part we installed and the work we did. If it fails under normal use within 90 days, we make it right at no charge.
